Kerem Health is Hiring a Maintenance Assistant Near Pensacola, FL
Receive and follow maintenance schedule or instructions from you supervisor and as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures.
Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the Facility and equipment.
Experience
Six (6) months prior maintenance experience required. Long term care facility experienced preferred.
HVAC (2) years experience
Specific Requirements
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies or personnel, and the general public.
Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the appearance of maintenance work areas.
